No — all pots are sold without plants, unless stated otherwise.
ðĶ Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes!
We ship to all states and territories using Australia Post.
ð Do you offer Express Post?
Absolutely — Express and Standard postage options are available at checkout.
ð Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — pickup is available from the Perth Hills (Forrestfield area).
Details will be sent once your order is ready.
ðģ What payment methods do you accept?

ð How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy markets or holidays, this may take slightly longer.
â My pot arrived broken — what should I do?
Oh no!
Please email us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number.
We’ll organise a replacement or refund.
ð Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Unfortunately, no.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
ðĻ Can I request a custom pot?
Yes!
We love custom orders.
Submit your design ideas via our Contact page or email us, and we’ll bring your punny pot dreams to life.
ðŠī Why does my pot have small marks or variations?
Many pots are hand-finished, so small variations such as brush strokes or dimples may appear.
These are normal, not faults — and make your pot unique!
ðŽ How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Enter it on the Australia Post website to follow your parcel.

Yes — LOTS of them!
