At Pun-ny Pots, we want you to absolutely love your new planter pots. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care packing our products, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at [email protected] with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• A brief description of the issue
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
🔄 Change of Mind
Due to the fragile nature of our products and the costs associated with postage, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
✨ Custom Orders
All custom pots, personalised designs, or pre-approved artwork are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged on arrival.
📬 Wrong Item Received
If we’ve made a mistake (oops!), please let us know within 7 days and we will correct it immediately.
💸 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
⚠️ Lost or Missing Parcels
Once handed to Australia Post, delays can occur.
If your parcel is missing:
• Please contact Australia Post first using your tracking number
• If the parcel is officially declared lost, we will help organise a solution
