πŸ“¦ Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care packing our products, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at [email protected] with:
β€’ Your order number
β€’ Photos of the damage
β€’ A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the fragile nature of our products and the costs associated with postage, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

✨ Custom Orders

All custom pots, personalised designs, or pre-approved artwork are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged on arrival.

πŸ“¬ Wrong Item Received

If we’ve made a mistake (oops!), please let us know within 7 days and we will correct it immediately.

πŸ’Έ Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Lost or Missing Parcels

Once handed to Australia Post, delays can occur.
If your parcel is missing:
β€’ Please contact Australia Post first using your tracking number
β€’ If the parcel is officially declared lost, we will help organise a solution
