We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and offer two delivery options:

⭐ Standard Shipping
Reliable and cost-effective.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically:

• WA Metro: 2–5 business days
• Interstate: 4–10 business days

⚡ Express Shipping
Need your pot in a hurry? Choose Express!

• Faster processing
• Priority delivery with Australia Post

(Actual delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post’s current schedules.)

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are packed with care (and a little bit of pun-powered love).
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
• During busy market weekends or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer - but we always do our best to get your goodies on the move ASAP.

📬 Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

📍 Local Pickup

We offer a local pickup option from the Perth Hills (Forrestfield area).
Pickup instructions will be provided via email once your order is ready.

🌿 Packaging

Your order will be packaged carefully to ensure it arrives safely — we know how fragile ceramic pots can be, so we wrap them like they’re our own plant babies.

❗ Lost or Damaged Parcels
